I use parchment paper all the time. Whether it’s baking cookies, roasting vegetables, or reheating frozen fries, lining a pan is an easy way to reduce cleanup. And having worked in commercial baking spaces where pre-cut parchment is standard, I can tell you that swiftly pulling a sheet out that perfectly fits a pan is a far superior parchment paper experience than having to tear a piece off a roll each time—especially when you have food-covered hands.
So when I saw that Dollar Tree’s Surefresh Pre-Cut Parchment Paper was just $1.25, I was like, “Gimme!”
DollarTree’s Surefresh Pre-Cut Parchment Paper
- Price: $1.25 for a 25-sheet box
- Why I Love It: These pre-cut parchment sheets are easier and more convenient than tearing a piece off a roll. I especially love that I can grab one in the middle of cooking without having to clean my hands.

Why I Love Dollar Tree’s Surefresh Pre-Cut Parchment Paper
Each box comes with 25 pieces, which is a great deal. After testing it out, I do have a bit of a mixed review. Or rather, a recommendation with an important caveat: These sheets are smaller than a standard baking sheet by about an inch on both ends, so they aren’t ideal for baking a dozen cookies. That said, if you overlap two sheets, it’s perfect. Do with that intel what you will!
My biggest point of praise is that—like any pre-cut piece of parchment paper—it lays down better than a sheet that’s been torn from a roll. These come in a box folded in thirds (though not with a hard crease), so there’s a bit of a bump in two spots when you lay it down. But I found it much easier to deal with the bumps than the curled edges from the rolled variety. So if you’re someone who gets just as annoyed by curled edges as I do, this is enough of a reason to grab some of these.
I love being able to quickly grab a sheet or two while I’m in the middle of cooking. I kicked off my summer baking with a strawberry rhubarb galette the other day and needed something to catch the syrupy drips as it cooled. I can imagine many other cooking scenarios like this where it’s handy to have pre-cut parchment paper easily accessible. If you have a decent-sized toaster oven, these seem ideal.
The verdict? I would recommend picking some up to have as a tool at your disposal, but be forewarned about the sheet size if you plan to use them solely for baking cookies.
