On a hot summer day, there’s nothing better than kicking back in my backyard patio with a glass of rosé. And I’ve just found the wine that I’m going to be drinking this summer of 2025 at ALDI.
The bottle of Florility French Rosé immediately stood out on the shelf thanks to its pretty pink label with a duo of hand-drawn roses. For only $8.76, I couldn’t resist.

Why I Love ALDI’s Florility French Rosé
As its label indicates, Florility is an organic, vegan French rosé that has no added sugar. The back label notes that it was certified by Ecocert France SAS, and since it’s sugar-free with an alcohol by volume content of 12.5 percent, it’s drier than most rosé wines on the shelf.
To try it, I sat on my back patio, which overlooks wildflowers blooming in the woods behind my house, and I unscrewed the silver screw top. A waft of strawberry and a touch of citrus tickled my nose as I swirled the pale pink wine in my glass. The dry and crisp wine perfectly paired with the balmy, 69-degree weather and sun. It’s a beautiful wine to unwind with at the end of a busy day.
The next time I tried this wine, I paired it with some Georgia peaches from Trader Joe’s, organic strawberries, and a ball of Specially Selected Burrata, the latter also purchased from ALDI. The strawberries really enhanced the fruity aroma of the wine, and the peaches also brought out additional stone fruit flavors I didn’t notice before.
The creamy burrata contrasted perfectly with the wine—it’s a pairing I will be enjoying all summer. I think this wine would also work well with fresh chèvre or brie and stand up to some aged cheeses, too.
As far as entrée pairings, grilled salmon on a plank would be divine, or a bowl of poké or sushi on takeout nights. ALDI’s new chicken and bacon skewers would also make for a great pairing.
The Florility rosé is definitely going to be my go-to wine for summer sangria. A good pink sangria can be made with a medley of berries, a touch of brandy, orange liqueur, orange bitters, a little bit of sugar, and club soda on top. Speaking of club soda, this wine is made for a quick wine spritzer.
With so many ways to enjoy it, I’ll be heading back to ALDI to grab more bottles soon.
